КОНСТИТУЦИЯ СОЛНЕЧНОГО МИРА
Мы, люди Солнца, являющиеся разумным населением планеты Земля, осознающие свое место в существующем Мире, заявляем о нашем совместном владении Солнцем, источником и гарантом нашего существования. В соответствии с Законами Космоса и вытекающими из них человеческими потребностями, связанными с собственным личностным развитием, а равно совместным существованием на территориях, подверженных солнечному влиянию, разработали нашу общую концепцию совместного самоуправления.
Мы - объединение людей Солнца, понимая бесперспективность существующего в настоящее время государственного управления для достижения личного счастья каждым человеком, населяющим планету Земля, и руководствуясь Законами Космоса, принимаем меры для обеспечения продвижения к достижению счастливого существования на планете Земля и в зоне Солнечного влияния.
Статья 1
С настоящего времени и до тех пор, пока не будет приведено в действие формальное управление в зоне Солнечного влияния посредством прямого голосования всего Солнечного населения, закрепившего за собой право владения Солнцем, его недрами и поверхностью, Солнце и его влияние на окружающее пространство находится в ведении Благотворительного фонда «Интернет сообщества Солнца.ру», далее именуемого «ОСНОВАТЕЛЬ». Термин ОСНОВАТЕЛЬ и соответствующая ему должность являются провозглашенными. Должность «ОСНОВАТЕЛЬ» не является выборной, переходящей по какому-либо признаку и не может быть переутверждена или изменена.
Статья 2
ОСНОВАТЕЛЬ признает необходимость демократического процесса прямых выборов, позволяющего каждому Жителю Солнечного Мира, заявившему о своем праве владения Солнцем, отдать свой голос при избрании на любые выборные должности и определении перечня самих выборных должностей, и решении о провозглашении Правительства Солнечного Мира для текущей работы в зоне влияния Солнца. До этого момента все дела, связанные с изменением Конституции Солнечного Мира и Билля о правах Жителя Солнечного Мира, должны согласовываться и утверждаться ОСНОВАТЕЛЕМ.
ОСНОВАТЕЛЬ является единственным признанным субъектом, представляющим интересы Солнечного Мира в зоне влияния Солнца при всех контактах с окружающим Миром и другими Мирами до решения о провозглашении и выборов Правительства Солнечного Мира.
Статья 3
ОСНОВАТЕЛЬ, а также выбранное Правительство Солнечного Мира должны действовать в интересах всего населения зоны влияния Солнца, не приводящих к разрушению существующего Мира.
Население Солнечного Мира привлекается к содействию в различных сферах деятельности на основании его личных пожеланий и прав, изложенных в Билле о правах Жителя Солнечного Мира.
Правительство Солнечного Мира может ввести гражданство Человека Солнца в зоне влияния Солнца.
Основным направлением текущей работы Правительства Солнечного Мира должна быть помощь населению Солнечного Мира в их стремлении к счастью и созиданию, но не во вред окружающим и остальному Миру.
Главным критерием правомочности этой деятельности является соответствие внутреннему чувству справедливости, присущему каждому Жителю Солнечного Мира, реализуемому путем всеобщего, прямого голосования по всем возникающим вопросам по принципу «один Житель Солнечного Мира – один голос».
Статья 4
Запрещается использовать Солнце и оказываемое им влияние для любых действий направленных на уничтожение или нанесение непоправимого ущерба Солнечному Миру, если это не связано с защитой от разрушительного воздействия извне на Солнечный Мир.
Житель Солнечного Мира, причастный к подобным деяниям, лишается права владения на свою долю недр и поверхности Солнца.
Статья 5
Только ОСНОВАТЕЛЬ и выбранное Правительство Солнечного Мира правомочны представлять интересы Солнечного Мира при контактах с другими Мирами, инопланетными и галактическими цивилизациями и их представителями.
Статья 6
Не допускается коммерческое использование поверхности и недр Солнца без согласования с ОСНОВАТЕЛЕМ и выбранным Правительством Солнечного Мира.
Статья 7
Только ОСНОВАТЕЛЬ и выбранное Правительство Солнечного Мира, могут, совместно, провозгласить войну против других космических объектов и Миров, живых и не живых существ и их представителей.

CONSTITUTION OF the SUN WORLD
We, people of the Sun, being reasonable population of the planet Earth, realizing our place in the existing World, declare about our joint ownership of the Sun, the source and guaranty of our existence. According to the Laws of Space and arising from them human necessities, connected with one’s own personal development, as well as joint existence on the territories influenced by the Sun, we developed our common concept of a joint self-government.
We, the union of people of the Sun, understand a lack of any prospect of the existing current government, to achieve personal happiness by any person inhabiting the planet Earth and be guided by the laws of Space, take measures to guarantee advancement towards achievement of the happy existence of the planet Earth and in the zone of the Sun influence.
Article 1
From now on and until a formal government in the zone of the Sun will be brought into action by means of direct vote, all of the sun population having right of the possession of the Sun, its bowels and surface, is owned by the Charitable fund «Sun Internet community.ru», further named “FOUNDER”. The term FOUNDER and position corresponding to it is announced. The FOUNDER position isn’t electoral, passing according one or another sign, and can’t be re-announced or changed.
Article 2
Founder admits the necessity of the democratic process of the direct elections, allowing every Inhabitant of the Sun World, declaring about his/her right on the possession of the Sun, give his/her vote during elections for any possessions and determination of the list of electoral positions, and decision about declaration of the Sun World Government for current work in the Sun World Constitution and Bill of rights of the Sun World Inhabitant, must be agreed and affirmed by the Founder.
Founder is the only admitted subject, presenting the interests of the Sun World in the Sun influence zone during all contracts with the environment and other worlds till the decision about the declaration and elections of the Sun World Parliament.
Article 3
Founder, and also elected Sun World Government must act in the interests of the world population of the Sun influence, not destroying the existing world.
Population of the Sun World is being involved to cooperation in different spheres of activities on the grounds of its personal wishes and rights, stated in Bill of rights of the Sun World Inhabitant.
The Sun World Government may introduce the citizenship of the Man of the Sun in the area of the Sun influence.
The main direction of the current work of the Sun World Government should be help to the population of the Sun World and their striving to happiness and creation, but no harm to the social surroundings and the rest of the world.
The main criterion of the competence of this activity is conformity with the inner feeling of justice, inherent to every Sun World Inhabitant, being realized by the way of universal, direct voting upon all arising questions according to the principle “one Inhabitant of the Sun World one vote”.
Article 4
It’s forbidden to use the Sun and its influence for any actions causing destruction and irreparable damage to the Sun World, if it’s not connected with the defence against the destroyable influence from without upon the Sun World.
The Sun World inhabitant, participating in similar activities, will be deprived of the right to own his/her share of bowels and surface of the Sun.
Article 5
Only the Founder and the elected Government of the Sun World have competence to represent the Sun World interests in contracts with other Worlds, alien and galactic civilizations and their representatives.
Article 6
It’s not allowed to use the bowels and surface of the Sun in commercial aims without agreeing with Founder and the elected Sun World Government.
Article 7
Only the Founder and the elected Sun World Government of the Sun World may, cooperatively, declare war to other cosmic objects and Worlds, living and not living creatures and their representatives.
