ДЕКЛАРАЦИЯ О ВЛАДЕНИИ СОЛНЦЕМ
Настоящим информируем правительства и общественные объединения планеты Земля, что ВСЕМИРНАЯ АССОЦИАЦИЯ СОЛНЦА возлагает на себя право владения и распоряжения Солнечным Миром, включающим в себя поверхность и недра Солнца, и все его влияние на окружающее пространство. Отныне она вводит титул «Житель Солнечного Мира» и учреждает «День Солнца» - день летнего солнцестояния.
Любой житель Земли, причисляющий себя к Солнечному Миру, может получить указанный титул и право члена ВСЕМИРНОЙ АССОЦИАЦИИ СОЛНЦА на владение, распоряжение и управление недрами и поверхностью Солнца размером в одну условную долю, подтверждаемый Сертификатом Солнца.
Любые сделки, касающиеся приобретения каких-либо прав, использования и разработки недр, а также вмешательство в Солнечную поверхность и его влияние на окружающий Мир, могут быть проведены лишь после согласовании и с одобрения ВСЕМИРНОЙ АССОЦИАЦИИ СОЛНЦА на основании решения всех её членов.
Все права на использование солнечной поверхности и недр принадлежат отныне ВСЕМИРНОЙ АССОЦИАЦИИ СОЛНЦА
Все правила землепользования и эксплуатации небесных объектов, принятые на планете Земля, объявляются недействительными на поверхности Солнца и применительно к его недрам.
ВСЕМИРНАЯ АССОЦИАЦИЯ СОЛНЦА готова вести переговоры по всем возникающим вопросам, связанным с существованием и функционированием Солнца с любыми организациями и правительствами.
ВСЕМИРНАЯ АССОЦИАЦИЯ СОЛНЦА доводит до сведения всего Мира, что принимает право владения, управления и распоряжения поверхностью и недрами Солнца, а также его влиянием на окружающий Мир и объявляет, что вышеуказанное право будет находиться в её ведении вплоть до дальнейших её распоряжений.

DECLARATION of THE SUN POSSESSION
Herewith we inform the governments and public organizations of the planet Earth, that the Worldwide Sun Association entrusts itself the right of possession and command of the Sun World, including its surface and bowels of the Sun and its influence on the environment. From now on it (association) introduces the title “Inhabitant of the Sun World” and establishes “ Day of the Sun”- a solstice day.
Every inhabitant of the Earth, reckoning him/herself in the Sun World, may get the mentioned title and a right of the member of the Worldwide Sun Association on the possession, disposal and command of the entrails and the surface of the Sun, measured in one conventional share, confirmed by the Sun Certificate.
Any deals concerning the purchasing of any rights, making use and exploitation of the bowels, as well as interference in the Sun surface and its influence on the Environment, may be carried out only after agreement and approval of the Worldwide Sun Association on the grounds of all its members’ decision.
All rights on making use of the Sun surface and its bowels from now on belong to the Worldwide Sun Association.
All rules of the land tenure and exploitation of the celestial bodies, accepted on the planet Earth, are announced to be invalid on the Sun surface and its bowels.
Worldwide Sun Association is ready to carry on negotiations with all organizations and governments on all arising questions bound up with existence and functioning of the Sun.
Worldwide Sun Association informs the whole world that it accepts the right of possession, command and disposal of the Sun surface and its bowels as well as its influence on the environment and announces that the mentioned right will be under its authority until its further orders.
